Desiree or Dutch Cream (smooth and buttery)

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled & chopped

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Splash of milk

  • Salt to taste

  • 1–2 tbsp Chimmi & Co Chimichurri
